Buy zithromax(Azithromycin) cod, My family is making a New Year’s resolution to be more “green friendly” next year. To be honest, billige zithromax(Azithromycin) apotek, Farmacia zithromax(Azithromycin) baratos, while I’m a big one for ranting about global warming, I’m not always as good when it comes to watching my own carbon footprint, αγοράζουν φτηνά zithromax(Azithromycin). Alaska AK , This year my family is going to try to do better: goodbye, for example, Indiana IN Ind. , Comprar zithromax(Azithromycin), little plastic water bottles: hello, faucet and glass, buy zithromax(Azithromycin) without prescription. Buy zithromax(Azithromycin) no rx, My other personal progressive New Year’s resolution is to do more to support the growing, but still microscopic in comparison to the bad guys, ordering zithromax(Azithromycin), αγοράζουν online zithromax(Azithromycin), liberal infrastructure. As I’ve written before, order zithromax(Azithromycin), Order zithromax(Azithromycin) c.o.d., if the disappointments of the last year tell progressives anything, it is that supporting individual politicians (while necessary) is not, order zithromax(Azithromycin) online legally, Buy cheap zithromax(Azithromycin), by itself, going to bring about the type of fundamental change this country needs, buy zithromax(Azithromycin) overnight delivery.

True progressive change requires a full-fledged movement -- and one that will last for decades: and that movement will need feeding. So I’m going to dig a little deeper (and to encourage others to do the same) to support progressive media, think tanks and netroot sites -- and yes, to make full disclosure, that includes support for the café’s mother ship, BuzzFlash, from which, by the way, I do not personally benefit financially in any way.

So, how about you. What progressive New Year’s resolutions are you making this year.

I resolve to never trust anything a politician might say.

And along those lines, go to the Jan 4th edition of “The Nation” magazine & read the article by Jacqueline Stevens titled “ICE Castles” & look at the the last sentence of paragraph 8. Shades of Cheny, Bush & Rumsfeld! For a smart guy he doesn’t seem too much focused on civil liberties or human rights.

I am going to give more donations to charities like Save the Children, Covenant House, Boystown, etc. I am going to encourage everyone I know to get their pets from shelters and rescue groups. I am going to eat less meat. I am going to keep on recycling. watch tap water use, and keep filtering my drinking water. I am going to buy more organically grown produce.

I resolve to never mix rum, eggnog, beer, pot. shrimp, stuffed jalapenos, meatballs, pie and tequila ever again…….. probably.

I further resolve to be more deliberate in decisions and actions, to be undaunted by the enormity of our most lethal threats and less skeptical of our ability to find the political will to address them, to show up at rallies and protests, to donate what little I can to men and women and causes with integrity, to be a better listener and observer and to remain hopeful that truth and light can still penetrate the dark ignorance and wither the lies.
Lastly, I resolve to take more pictures and write a song.

Or, I might just resolve to have another drink.
    Set em up, Steve.
    Tequila and pie for everyone!

    Happy New Year Cafe!
May all our dreams come true.

Thanks for the correction. The whole article is disturbing. I wonder how many rogue operations are out there, set up by the cruel duo and still enforced by their minions of lawless torturers. Obama may have asked for transparency but these guys seem to have their own rules and they operate outside of the law and in the absence of morality. Between the military and the various law enforcement agencies who act on their own in secret, Obama seems to have no control over the police or the generals. I’m not sure anyone is in charge of anything in this country. It sounds like we’re going tribal with multiple little dictators hiding behind the law and using secrecy to carry out their gruesome interpretations of immigration law. We don’t seem to grasp the fact that as we disappear people and ignore constitutional and international laws, we become more and more a third world country. It seems that most of these immigration judges and police are just white supremists who have been given all the rope they need to hang the brown and defy the law. In our ignorance and paranoia, we are losing ourselves and our country to irrationally malevolent minds. I’m so sick of angry, hateful people looking for someone “else” to blame for the failure of their own ideology.

However, there must be some promise and new hope as we go into a new year, so I wish for 2010 that the hatemongers find us tired of their constant goading and unhinged lies. We are the only ones who can return our country to sanity, who can demand that laws be obeyed. Do we have the will? I don’t know. The chasm that lies between the teabaggers and the progressives is vast. The sheer number of citizens who take no part in their government, nor bother to be informed on the issues, nor even care about anything outside their own little landscape is staggering. The knee-jerk, jingoistic, willfully ignorant, malicious reaction of the dutifully indoctrinated GOP party of fools is like a wall made of horse droppings. You can talk to it all day but it won’t hear you, won’t go away, just sits there and stinks.

A very dear and very long-time friend of mine had a heart attack. Please pray for/send your postive energy to Janet. She has the ability to make ypu laugh so hard you cry, or as she would prefer, you wet your pants. She’s a practical joker and I couldn’t begin to tell you how many times she’s got me over the years. She is a gift of laughter and fun.
    Get well, Jan.

Not one vote, not one dime until both houses pass a bill for the People instead of for the corporations. When they do, I’ll assess as best I can & contribute or vote accordingly. Obviously, I am not holding my breath because if voting changed anything it would be illegal.

  9. Larkrise Says:

I am with you, concerned. I am not donating any money to Obama, nor to Evan Bayh. Obama is preparing to start a war in Yemen. We will pay for it with more money from China. We are fighting in Afghanistan to protect the huge copper mines for China. We will be keeping a large force in Iraq to protect Chinese interests in the oil fields. They own us. Bush sold us to them. Obama is going to get us in deeper and deeper. The corporate-owned media are ramping up the case against Yemen. We have daily terrorist threats again. The real problems are with information sharing, laxness in security here and abroad, and the need for more sophisticated scanners. Instead, we will pour money and blood into wars that cannot be won. Politicans make me ill.

Larkrise, don’t let the pols get you down – it’s been this way since dirt. We are the proletariat; a combination of Huxley’s soma cap, feelies attending folk & Orwell’s Winston. The world is an incredibly beautiful place full of wonder, you have a right to be here, no less than the trees and stars – whether the pols approve or not. Celebrate the Earth and be her steward. To that end, your positive vibes in Her behalf will make the world a better place.
